Overgrown bush on Cesar E Chavez Blvd next to utility pole. Receding into the bush is a face reminiscent of the scarecrow in Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle known as "Turnip Head". The property the bush is located is fenced off to deter intruders. A stray trash can sits beneath the bush.
