No Face Watches Over Cesar Chavez Blvd
Overgrown bush on Cesar E Chavez Blvd next to utility pole. Receding into the bush is a face reminiscent of the character Miyazaki's Spirited Away known as "No Face". The property the bush is located is fenced off to deter intruders. A stray trash can sits beneath the bush.
