Emergency! On the Steel Bridge
Traffic stopped on the Steel Bridge. Emergency vehicles are responding to an incident on the bridge. An ambulance sits on the top deck, patrol boats afloat in the Willamette River flank the bridge on either side under the lower deck. Moda Center can be seen in the background.
