Hunter's Moon Over Portland
Hunter's Moon, which is also the Harvest Moon and the first supermoon of the year, pictured here above Portland, OR. Mount Hood is seen in the right side of the frame after sunset, creating a symmetry with the full moon on the left side of the frame. Downtown Portland spreads from the foreground into the distance, where the eastern neighborhoods fade into the foothills of the Cascades.
