This photo is part of a series of works about the American Dream. Houses in this spanish modern style dot the desert landscape in California. Close to the highway, these neighborhood provide easy access to the highway for commuters to Los Angeles. Eventhough these homes are in the of the desert, some feature lush green lawns which require a lot of watering to stay green. The developer of these homes in the country chose to build them so close together, as to not give the owners a decent lawn.
