West Taghkanic Diner
We stopped in at the gas station next door while driving down the Taconic State Parkway to New York City. The lighting was great so I jumped out of the car and grabbed a shot of this classic greek style Diner called West Taghkanic Diner. If they were open I would have stopped in to grab a slice of pie.
