The Streets Are Empty In Cohoes

Taken during a recent trip to the Albany Capitol Region, I also have a similar shot from Troy, NY where there's virtually no one in the streets. This photo is one in a series of images taken during the Fall 2013 season in the Albany Capitol Region.
