This shot is part of a series of kinetic light paintings where I abstract landscaped areas. What would otherwise be a boring still life is transformed into a vibrant, abstract composition filled with color and interesting line and form. I move the camera while exposing for 1-4 seconds depending on the amount of light. When I am in broad daylight, I typically shoot with ND and polarizer and I'm finding I need to stack the ND to create shots like this one. This particular shot is not cropped, so the composition you see is what I captured in camera. I processed this photo in Photoshop and Camera Raw.
