A lone protestor circles the statue of General G.T. Beauregard which is scheduled to be removed by the city of New Orleans. Today a judge blocked a request to block the removal of the statue. In December, the Democratic mayor Mitch Landrieu signed an ordinance ordering the removal of four statues memorializing the Confederacy after recent mass shootings by White Supremacists.
